Restoring Mailbox from Brick Level (ARCserve 2000)

I am trying to restore a mailbox from Exchange which is backed up using an Exchange Agent.

The relevant session is merged to the database but I cannot seem to browse through the hierachy to brick level - therefore I cannot select the individual mailbox.

The information store as a whole seems to be backed up however.

Does this mean that the Exchange Agent isn't working and how can I get that mailbox back??!!

Does the restore screen show "Exchange Brick Level"
or just the IS..

If it is just the IS, then you'd have to restore the entire IS to get back the Mailbox.
