Restoring GW Post Office

I'm attempting to restore a deleted GroupWise system for a customer. The problem is that while they have a solid backup of the entire PO file structure, they never backed up the domain file structure!!!

Is there any way that I can restore the PO into a new GroupWise system and be able to gain access to it? Everything I've found so far says that in order to connect to a PO, you must have the domain...

You have some IFs here

IF the client did not set Client/Server mode only, you will be able to access the mail boxes with out bringing up the POA.NLM

IF the user ID's do not have passwords on them, you will not need the wpdomain.db (the domain database file)
