Restoring From Brick Level Backups

Hi,

I am backing up my Exchange server using Arcserve 6.6 with the Exchange agent. My backups are good but I wanted to do a test restore. However, when I go down the tree to restore a particular message I do not see individual messages. Then the when I try to restore what is under the Inbox to another share on the network I get an invalid destination. Does anyone know if Outlook needs to be installed on the Exchange server?

I'm not sure for you version, but in my Arcserve 2000 readme.txt file, Outlook must be installed to provide mapi connections between client and server. See your Arcserve documents to check this information.
