Restoring from a Disk Backup Version 8.6 NT

I have been successfully backing up to a disk image each day. However when I attempt to restore from the image I get the message "Load Media" and the restore wont run.

I can do an inventory on the media. Running a catalog takes a few seconds and does not appear to do anything.

I Would love to know how to get the software to accept the image as the customer is lossing patients with my attempts to restore his data.

Can anyone help.
