Hello All,
Backup server: Windows 2k3 sp1
Veritas: NetBackup Server Version 6.0 MP4

Client Server: HP-UX B.11.11 UNIX
Vertias: Netbackup Client Version 6.0 MP4

old directory structure - rec02:\exp_ctc\file_gz.z
New Directory structure - usr1a:\file_gz.z

The HP-UX server crashed and a new File Structure was created. I am trying to restore a file that was backed up before the crash to a new directory. I have selected from the "Backup, Archive, & Restore" the file from the date prior to the crash. Then next I select the option "Restore indivual folders and files to different locations (double-click to modify):" and I enter the new directory - usr01a:\.

Here is what happened next:

your error is not a " 5 "

Here is your actual error:
restored image alamat02_1166369449 - (network connection timed out(41));

check fwd AND reverse name resolution for alamat02

follow troubleshooting for error code 41

Just because the VERITAS documentation states something as certain, that does not make it a fact and that is truth.
