Restoring File & Folder Permissions - Arcserve Brightstor 11.5 SP3

I don't know, but this is the only thing I can think of.
Setup a restore of the whole drive, under Options Destination select Create Entire Path from the Root. Now under filters add an exclude file filter of *.*. Under Options Operation Restore and Preserve Directory Attributes and Security Information, and Restore and Preserve File Attributes and Security Information should be selected.
Without restoring files it very well may not be able to restore the file attributes.
