Restoring Back up on BCM 50 1

Im trying to restore a back up from a bcm 50 to another bcm 50, both on the same software version. the new box has the keycodes loaded, but when loading the back up i get rules deleted error. Dont know what this is or what to do, please help. Thank you

Install the patches first, then try the backup.
