I'm attempting to restore a SQL 7 (on a SQL 7 Server), and I'm receiving an error stating that the Database is in use. I've just rebooted the server and am pretty confident the db is not in use. What can I do at this point? Thanks.

I now see why I can't restore, but I'm still unsure of what to do. I get an error when attempting to view the database properties: "Error 22528: [SQL-DMO]This server connection has been unexpectedly broken and cannot be reconnected."

All of this is occuring after I ran a vendor upgrade to the database. I'm now trying to restore the database back from the backup I took prior to application of the upgrade.
