restoring a database

how can i restore if i only have the .mdf and .files?, thanks

By the way....BOL is short for Books OnLine. That's Microsoft SQL Server's HELP. It's installed as part of the Client Tools and can be found at Start>Programs>Microsoft SQL Server>Books OnLine.
