Restoring a backup to UC110

We're trying to restore a backup from one uc110 to new uc110. Both release versions are the same.

We've used winscp to move the file over from the Immediate folder to the Other backups folder.

We can login to the uc110 on port 7071. When we go to the settings tab and backup restore area we're able to choose restore and see the files but when we click on the desired file to restore, there is no OK button to push. It just looks like its constantly loading. It never initiates the restore.

Tried on multiple laptops, multiple browsers and get the same result.

Any ideas?

What release are you running? This was broken in 11.1.1
There is a patch. IPOFFICE-165803

You can upgrade to the latest release and that should fix it as well. 11.1.3.1
