Restored file is not correct size

I'm trying to restore a lotus notes mail file. When i do the restore manually, it restores a 32k file, when i try to use the resotre wizard it gives me invalid password error.

I'm using Arcserve 2000 on Windows 2K server.

I'm also positive that i am using the correct password

Anybody any ideas ?

Are you using SIS?

With SIS there is one copy of the file with pointers at the other locations. The backup might have incorrectly backed up the pointer (which would be around 30-35k) instead of the file itself.

This seems to be happening as a result of some Microsoft updates. If this is what is going on you will have to open an issue with CA support.
