I have a customer who reformatted the hard drive on his VMPro server. He thought he was doing the right thing by backing up the entire IP Office folder and sub folders, but when he restored the folders to the newly formatted drive his callflows are not available. He did not backup his callflows in VMPro before formatting. At this point I told him he will need to rebuild his callflows but I figured I would ask here first to see if anything can be done. Any thoughts (other than users should not try to do these things without asking)?

If the entire IP-Office folder and sub folders were copied, a copy of VmData.mdb must have been made. Import this into the VmPro Client to recoup the callflows.

the file location should be ::

drive:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VMDATA.MDB
