Restore SQLExpress Default Settings

Hey guys. I don't have much experience with SQL and while attempting to change the username and password for a database, I think I messed up the application settings for SQL Express. I can't connect to the SQL Server using the Object Browser (SQL Server Management Studio Express CTP). I tried to uninstall and reinstall the SQL Express, but I still have the same problem of not being able to connect. Is there a way to restore the defaults for SQL Express application? Thanks to anyone who can help me.
