Hey there,

My son is very happy to click "ADD" when he is using Words spellchecker because he "knows" he has made the correct spelling. Is there any way to restore the dictonary used to its default?

Cheers Cheech.. I dont want to go to Chelsea!!!

If he lives that long :) I dont want to go to Chelsea!!!

It stores the "additions" in a file called custom.dic. You can create a new file by going to (in MS Word) tools, options, clicking the spelling and grammar tab, click on the Dictionaires button and then click add. Furthermore, you can uncheck the old file in this window and change the default dictionairy to the new one on the spelling and grammar tab. Good Luck

Cheers psudeke just what I needed I can now edit this file to remove the eggselent spelling my son has added to it.
