restore slow, from win2000 with nwagent on nw6 1

I have a NW6 server with nwagent and run arcserve 2000 from win 2000 server. The problem is that it's only restoring with 8Mb in minute. And the restore opperation I'm doing now will take me weeks (20Gb).
I think I sow somthing here, but can't find it any more. Anyone know a soulution for this problem
