Restore Sharepoint from Raw data - backup data is bad

Hello. We had a hard drive die and the backup had corruption (I'm sure it is from bad blocks). We were able to restore the SharePoint data, but I don't know how to use the raw data to rebuild the sites.

I have installed SharePoint. It is working properly, but now I just have the blank site.

What can I do to put all of the individual sites back in place?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
