I am in the process of writing a perl script to try to automate a restore in legato. Here is the backstory. Every week or so, we have to restore every possible backup of a certain lotus notes user to a certain directory. I starting writing the script and can have it recover the last backup with no issues. Now i am stuck trying to figure out how to get the script to recognize the next prior date. I am trying to have the script do this automatically, so dont think I can use the versions command inside the recover prompt. Is there a way i can use mminfo and nsrinfo to get a listing of all dates or ssid i need to recover a certain file?

Thanks for any info you guys can provide.

To recover a certain file, you should first use mminfo to report the save set criteria (savetime).

Then use nsrinfo | grep savetime to search for all files which have been backed up at this certain time.
