Restore recording files 1

We can restore recording files to pbx ns500 then we can heard files or download it..but if we want to use other program can restore all sound files from xxx.bkp
What's the program can restore backup recording calls to wav or mp3..in ns500
.pkp .

We have the NS 700 and the save as wav
The ncp500 downloads as a Panasonic version of backup

If you have a new recording, I use audacity to save as a wav 8k file which can be uploaded to DISA or UM voicemail
