I am trying to restore couple of files off a LTO tape. Running version 11 of Arcserve and when I start the restore job everything looks fine. Job says connecting to media, Locate session then it fails. Error message I see when I look at the Job log is 'AW0083 Client Agent is beign aborted'.
When I check for that error in Help, it says 'Restore cancelled or incomplete NAS sessions only to an alternate location. Refer to the Brightstor Arcserve Backup NAS Options Guide for more information'. However, I am not using NAS at all!
Any idas?
