Hi there
I use :
* Win2000 advanced server.
* Arcserve 2000 advanced edition (version 7) + SP4
When I use the restore wizard I get the following error message
"Fail to login to the pcbebrw2s001 database"
"Check to see if the pcbebrw2s001 database engine is up"
"if problem persisted restart all of the engines"
I have browsed and browsed to tektips and CA tips and this is what I have already tried without any luck:
* Fresh set of databases
* Complete check of all the share rights
* Boot of the domain controller (pcbebrw2s001)
* Repair of arcserve
* uninstall of arcserve + install (without deleting the registration folder or tape option)
Who has some advice? Would it help to really delete all en start cleaning the registry?
