Restore problem on BCM 200

Hi, i have change the tray and MCS card on a BCM 200 ( The well-known capacitor problems). I follow the nortel procedure but when i tried to restore the telephony, in the log i have a message like "at this moment is not possible to perform a telephony restore, try again later".
I don't know why i cannot restore the telephony files.

Shut down the system, remove all the media bay modules and try again. There is a core patch for release 3.7 that addresses that issue. It's been an intermittent problem on earlier releases as well.
