Restore Priority

Hello,

If there are several backup jobs queued waiting for an available tape drive and a restore is launched, does the restore have priority over the queued backup jobs? If not, is there a way to bump up a restore's job priority so it will have priority over the queued backups?

I think that user directed backups or restores do take priority.

I see this in our enviroment.
