Restore or roll back to an earlier time

I have a database that had some data deleted from it. Is there a way to reverse that. It happened during the day and we only backup every night.
 
Unless you had differentials and/or transaction logs running between your nightly full backups, then no, you have lost that data and can only restore up to the point of your last full backup.

You "may" be able to get a 3rd party log reader tool to see if you can pull the transactions out but most tools of that nature come with a cost.
