Restore of a Mailbox goes Failed

Whenever I try to recover a mailbox the status just drops to failed. The account I'm trying to use isn't the actual account that did the backup but it is an admin account.

Does it give you any error messages? Does your admin account have full rights to the exchange database?

It says something about not having access. How do I check to see if I have access to my database.

You should use the account that did the MS Exchange Backup
as I have found that a restore will not work otherwise

Does anyone why you can only use the original backup user to restore a mailbox?
