Restore NT 4.0 System Disk

I have had problems with my NT Server since I made a few changes to permissions and registery keys at the weekend.

I want to restore the C: Drive including the registry and all software and system files using my Friday night full backup. I used Backup Exec 7.3.

Can anyone give me some advice.
