Restore not working

Hope somebody can help me:

I need to restore a file from thursday. I checked the logs and thursdays job was successful using tape DL00015. So, I put thursdays tape in and setup the restore schedule to restore the file needed. It then gives me a message of "Please insert media DL00015 in the tape drive".

I don't understand what I can do! As far as I can see the right tape IS in.

You can't just put a tape in. You have to let Veritas know which tape you put in. Inventory your drive and that will let Veritas kow which tape is in the drive.
