Restore Job without backup set possible ?

I would define a backup job on friday 6.00 PM with the name "BackupJob" , and define a restore job 3 hours later i.e. "RestoreJob" of the backuped data.
My problem, is of course, that I cannot choice the data set to restore BEFORE it is backuped.
Or has someone an idea ??
