Restore Issue

Has anyone encountered a restore issue, where it takes up to an hour before the media tape needed for the restore is loaded into the tape drive? We are using NB 4.5 FP3, Solaris 8, Our tape library is an LTO-1 IBM 3584. What have you done to fix this?

A few things - Make sure you do not have anti virus software running. Also check the bpbrm logs on the media server, they provide very good info on the communications.
