During the restore of a valid backup, Backup Exec is asking for a password on what I believe to be a file level password. Has anyone ever experienced this problem and knows of a fix for it.
I haven't experienced this but something similar when restoring exchange.
The following is assuming you are trying to restore an exchange mailbox. You need to be logged in as the backup account, then the account can access all mailboxes and restore. If you are not logged in as the backup account then when trying to restore you will see something like
