Restore GUI Destination Client Greyed Out

Hi,

Despite a user here being in added to the auth.conf as having root access he is unable to perform restores using the Admin Console.
The 'Destination' tab on the restore GUI is greyed out. This only happens on his local laptop. Any idea what causes this?

When you login, use the Ip address of the master server instead of the name.

Or if you are using the Ip, then use the name instead.

Does it work?

error came from the fact the guy had the server name in Upper Case!
