Restore failed - Get Error E-3702 Unable to connect to Group

We have a W2k-Server, SP2 and AS 2000 Workgroup Edition V. 7.0. German. Now we must restore any files from tape. We can select the files, but the job fails with Error
E-3702 "Die Verbindung zur Gruppe kann nicht aufgebaut werden". Any ideas? Thanks for answers.
