Restore failed but backup finished successfully

Hi!

I have a problem with ARCServe Backup r12.5 R2

I have a backupjob which is daily running and saving on tape from our NAS Storage system.
This backupjob finish´s successfully, when i try to restore from tape the backup job I get the following error message back:

[ERRORS & WARNINGS]
AE0403 Setting Data Start Recovery failed with RC[1]

AE0278 Failed to send restore of session 2 to server XXXstorage (ret 1)

AE0407 NAS Server Error - Tape close error for drive c32t0l0 in mover active or listen state.

But when I create a test backupjob for eg. my homedrive which is stored on the same storage as the backup job above, the backupjob also finished successfully AND the restore is also working from tape.

I´m out of ideas what could be the problem in this case...

Any ideas?
