Restore Exchange IS to different server name??

Hello - I have a bit of a problem. We are running Exchange2000 on a W2K server and we are doing IS level backups. We are NOT doing individual mailbox level backups. We received a request to restore an employee's mailbox.

I have to restore the entire information store, but I want to redirect the exchange restore to a different server with a different name. Is this possible? I looked at Legato's tech bulletin (#324) and it said that it has to be the same machine name, but it only talks about Exchange 5.5, not 2000.

Anyone do this before? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
