Restore Error "Unable to read from Media , Illegal Block Size"

Hi,
I've just upgraded from Arcserve 6.61 to Arcserve2000.

Now when trying to Merge the data from the Tape that was backed up using 6.61 into Arcserve2000 I get the error "Unable to read from Media , Illegal Block Size".

This Tape WILL Merge on other Servers that Are also now Arcserve2000 !!

Any ideas as to why this is Specific to just one server.
Is drive space an issue ?
