I redid my machine that I was backing up to another machine on my peer to peer. After installing a new MB/CPU and all software I tried restoring the backup files and received the following error information dialog box:
"An error occurred while retrieving the backup directory.
Invalid data(4616 1208)"
I've heard an upgrade to Backup Exec Pro is said to solve the problem (by Veritas tech Support) but in fact it doesn't. How can I make the data valid again or is an upgrade available??
