restore command in tcl

some program
restore "CELL_NUMBER==$cell"

can you tell me . whats the use of this restore ?

restore" is not a Tcl command, neither is it a Tk command. Is there a "package require ..." statement at the start of the program? If so, the "restore" might be a command in the package.
