Restore Call Center data BCM 200 rls 3.6

Hi

I've got a BCM 200 Rls 3.6, I'm using the Call Center reporting, The server where the call center reporting software is not working. I could copy all the informaction from the HD of the call center server PC. I want to install call center reporting software in another PC, I want to restore all call center data, Is is pòsible? Is it just to copy the information from Mysql folder from the old server to new server?

No need to restore the call center data. The bcm keeps the last 250,000 calls on its hard drive.Simply re-install the call center reporting on a new server and once the call center connection is configured, it will start to pull all the data from the bcm.
Of course you'll have to manually reprogram the user accounts(if you have any) and the Ip view settings (if you're using it..)but that should be it.
