Restore backup from floppy to back end 1

I want to restore certain A97 backend DB tables from a backup database written to floppy. Does anyone have a neat way to do this easily?

Thanks for the tip Joao. I had a look at the wizard, but it deals only with the currentDB rather than a backend and has a lot of stuff in it that isn't useful to me. In the meantime I pretty much solved the problem with some high-tech make table queries after a few hours wrestling with DAO.
