Hello,
thread962-1387749 among others say the database will be upgraded to 2008, what about the "Compatibility Level"? Should I change it to 100?

Thank you,

Sometimes you NEED to have a lower compatibility level for your code to work properly. The only way to know for sure is to test it.

Thank you. As I just had to tell my manager today that I forgot to test some of the procedures, I have been testing away. Luckily I had not missed many.

Biggest problems are xp_sendmail (easy to fix) and sp_makewebtask (I got the .NET developers involved). Have to watch the implicit conversions. Also still have a few xp_cmdshell's out there but the .NET people are taking care of that when they can.
