Restore 1 table - how on SQL Server 2000 1

Some data got lost on one table -- what is the best way to restore it's data?

Unfortunalty you can no long just restore a table. Your best bet is to restore the entire database under a different database name and then use t-sql to move the data in the effected table from the restored database to the live database.
