Restoration of FSMO ROLES 1

Hi all of the Tek-Tips Members,

I have two server of windows 2000 one is DC and other is ADC.
DC had two FSMO role.One is Schema Master and Domain Naming Master.
ADC have rest 3 role.
Currently our DC is crashed also we don,t have any databackup.howwe can transfer these two roles to the ADC.
PLS provide me procrss step by step.
