restarting DNS in Redhat 7.X

How do you restart network services? I was used to using Redhat 6.2, I upgraded to 7.0 and now I notice there is no init.d, how do you restart services?

My mistake, I had a terrible install. I resinstalled the system and Now I have init.d.

Just for academic purposes:

pidof named | xargs kill -hup
