Restarting a BCM200 3.6

We have a BCM200 3.6 that we need to completely restart it and then reprogram because of alot of changes. I know that you can go into Diagnostics and highlite MSC and then click on Configuration at the top and do a System Restart. My question is does this also restart the VoiceMial piece as well? If not what is the best way to restart a BCM and reset it to default configuration.

Just do a reinstall on CallPilot. If you do that, as well as a startup on the MSC, then you've gone as far as you can without reimaging the hard drive. Keycodes will still be there if you need them.

Go to the setup and management wizard and enable quick start.Re INI the system.This will wipe out and start over.

Biv, where do you reinstall the CallPilot on the BCM? I looked for that and I could not find it.

Done through the telset. I didn't think of the quickstart like cook1082 said. His method is easier.
