Greeting:
my linksys hangs sometimes, and it has to be unpluged and repluged,
is there any hardware that i could use so i could restart my router via telephone modem , eg: some kind of power bar that could be connected to a modem , so i could dial in from any telephone line and restart that powerbar , that way my router will be restart remotly >??

or any other suggestiongs ?? software or hardware ?>?

thanks

Suggestion, I would figure out why it hangs, Is it getting hot? Is something bombarding it and hanging it?

Baytech, APC both make products that will do what your asking but probably cost more that your willing to part with. Else you could invest in a small Cisco router.

Thanks for the reply
I sure wanna know why it hangs << it's been driving me crazy, i tried different models throuhg out years and years,
i don't think its a hardware issue,

if it is a software issue, what could possible be ?? i
m hosting email and some websites ..
the router's firewall is turned on >> al the pc's connected to the router are clean from spyware, or virus,

any suggestion , or anyone have similar issue ??

in regards of the hardwrae, i bought this device that does the job for $230 ,,

any suggestions are greatly appreciated
