This is not strictly an XP only query, however, it seems to fit here.

I need to find a way to automatially run a batch file which launches an application upon the exit of one.

Effectively I want to relaunch an application if it quits for any reason.

Anyone have any ideas how best to do this. I know i can obviously launch the App through Batch files, but it has been suggested VB is the way to go to monitor the applciations status.

I'd appreciate any information anyone can give me

Thanks

you can write a vbs script to lanuch the app using run(app) command.
