Rest System 4 not Showing on a New CM 10.2

Good day

I'm loading a new CM 10.2 VM on ASP130 my first time and I don't have the reset system 4 and no change command in CM. Something new with 10.2 perhaps?

The issue is that the server doesn't see the licensing server. Check your licenses on that server and get it connected and you should be good.

just built 3 x 10.2 CM duplex deployed from SMGR SDM on ASP 130 and all of them allowed to save and reset system 4 with the admin account created during deployment, I deployed them on dummy IPs to allow me to continue running the production ones while I got them ready, so they were un licensed and didn't make a difference.

They can be unlicensed. The nuance is that they have to be pointed to a legit WebLM server - even if there's no CM license loaded on it.

Like JefferP says mine were pointed to SMGR centralized licensing with no licenses assigned to the new CM's.
