Hi,
In my company I have to face a discussion of using a network management. We have 2 ponits of views. First we use Spectrum in every place allowing a Follow-the-sun-network-management on the other side using a low-cost managment tool in smaller subsidiaries. For me as a technican this management discussion is hard to follow. I looked for some white papers where both points of view are explaned regarding costs and benefits.
Can you point me to any ressources regarding this topic.
