These things are notorious for going out. Most customers think it's the voicemail that quits working even with lights still on the VM. The voltage just drops to low for it to probably open the vm ports.

Thanks but we have hundreds of post's with power supply issues.....nothing new here.

Nortel release a statement years ago that the 9 volt PS had issues and to be replaced with 8 volt power supplies.

Of course some vendors buy the cheapies too which also need replacing sooner than later.
