Responce Issue

Hi all,

I have a NT Server (PDC).There is a problem on one laptop in the network.Clicking on Network Neibourhood Icon to access server it opens after some Delay of about 15 secs.

I have changed the settings on Switch for that port as 100mbps,full same as the server setting & his laptop with the same parameters.Still same problem!!!

What would be the reason?

Do you have vlans setup on your switch. you may have bottlenecks or experiencing broadcast storms if all ports are enaabled.

Thanx for ur reply.I dont have vlan setting on the switch.I have tested the same port using my own laptop...
working fine.Seems that the problem lies in that laptop.
