Project 20003 - when one person opens a schedule, and goes to the resource usage view, the summary task is displayed in seconds. (one person has 15,000,000 seconds worth of work.) When I go into the schedule I see the values displayed correctly. No matter where we look we have not been able to find anything that allows you to select seconds as an option. Any help out there?

Resource Usage - Rollup displaying seconds

I believe that "seconds" are only available if you're using Project Server. Project (standalone -- Standard or Professional) only goes to minutes.
I'm not a server guy but perhaps there is an online setting in Server that let's you configure this ...
